The lip flip is a subtle, elegant alternative to lip filler. A few units of Botox placed along the upper lip border relaxes the orbicularis oris muscle, causing the upper lip to gently roll upward — creating the appearance of a fuller, more defined lip without adding any volume. Perfect for patients who want a natural enhancement.
We inject 4–6 units of Botox along the vermillion border (the edge of the upper lip) and cupid's bow. This relaxes the muscle just enough to cause the lip to evert slightly — revealing more of the upper lip's pink surface and creating a subtle pout. The effect is soft, natural, and completely reversible.
