To protect your results and minimise side effects:

→Avoid touching, massaging or pressing treated areas for 24 hours
→Some swelling and bruising is normal — peaks at 48–72 hours
→Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and heat for 24–48 hours
→Sleep on your back with head slightly elevated the first night
→Arnica supplements or cream can help reduce bruising

Yes — hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase. This is one of the reasons we prefer HA fillers over permanent options.

Most fillers contain lidocaine (a local anaesthetic) which numbs the area as it's injected. Topical numbing cream is applied beforehand.
