Our Services

At Market Mall Dermatology we offer a wide variety of cutting edge Laser and Cosmetic Treatments. Here are  few of our services that may help you rejuvenate or beautify your lips and face beyond just our Neuromodulator treatments.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers can be used in a variety of ways to help rejuvenate and beautify your appearance. Made of natural and safe hyaluronic acid, dermal fillers can help with filling and smoothing out deeper lines and wrinkles, to plumping and shaping your your lips through lip filler injections. Dermal Fillers can help you put your best face forwards.

How Does it Work?

The procedure itself is pain free and begins with the administration of a local anaesthetic. This helps to minimize any discomfort or pain that you may otherwise feel. Our dermal filler injections are extremely quick with minimal hassle throughout. After you have had your injection, you will be able to continue your daily routine with little to no downtime. It is common for some patients to experience a little swelling, however, this is not serious and will go down within a few days following the procedure.
The treatment itself is completely safe and will provide you with results for up to a year after you have undergone the procedure.

Who Is An Ideal Candidate for Dermal Fillers?

The ideal candidate for our dermal filler injections is a person who wants to add natural volume to their lips or smooth deeper lines and wrinkles, without the need for an invasive procedure.

Are Our Dermal Fillers Safe?

Our procedure is completely safe with minimal downtime, ensuring that the patient can continue their daily life without hassle. During the procedure, a very small amount of local anesthetic is used, which minimizes any pain that is experienced.
As hyaluronic acid is a substance that is naturally occurring in the body, our lip fillers are extremely safe, and generally suitable for the vast majority of our patients.
Should in the unlikely event that you not be eligible for our dermal filler injections, our experienced team can discuss any potential alternatives for you to choose from that will provide you with similar results.

CO2 Laser

Our CO2 laser Treatment is designed to treat acne scars, sagging skin, age spots and more. It helps to improve the overall texture and appearance of the skin.

How Does it Work?

We offer two types of lasers, ablative and non-ablative. Our ablative lasers make use of carbon dioxide or Erbium. They are usually used to remove scars, and wrinkles deep in the skin. Erbium is often used to remove finer lines and wrinkles as well as any other superficial skin concerns that you may have. They work by removing outer layers of the skin, which consequently removes any skin concerns that you may have.
On the other hand, our non-ablative lasers do not remove any layers of the skin. They make use of pulsed light and frictional lasers that increase collagen production, tightening the skin without damaging the surface. They are commonly used on spider veins and acne-related skin concerns.
Prior to your session, we will begin with an initial consultation to determine which type of laser can provide you with the best possible results.

Who Is The Ideal Candidate For CO2 Laser Treatment?

When it comes to CO2 laser treatment, the ideal candidate is someone who has damaged or ageing skin, or is looking to reduce wrinkles or skin that is starting to sag. It is not suitable for individuals with skin sensitivities or women who are pregnant. Prior to your session, you will undergo an initial consultation with our team, which will help to determine whether or not this is the best treatment for you.

What Are The Results And How Long Do They Last?

In general, our ablative treatments will provide with results from the first session, whilst non-ablative treatments may require multiple sessions in order to get your desired result. Once you have finished with your treatment sessions, you can expect the results to last for several years.
Following your session, the general healing time will take between 3 and 10 days, although this will depend on the treatment that you have received. Some ablative laser treatments can take up to three weeks to recover. During recovery, it is common for your skin to peel and scab slightly. You can make use of ice packs to reduce swelling and induce your recovery.

MicroLaser Peel

Our Microlaser peel is a procedure specially designed to enhance skin rejuvenation by removing layers of the skin.

How Does it Work?

During the procedure, the deeper layer of skin, known as the dermis, is also tightened. It works to remove fine lines, eliminate age spots, and minimize the impact of acne scars. The MicroLaser peel also works to stimulate collagen growth, which tightens your skin and allows it to look both younger and healthier.

The precise laser peel removes the superficial layers of the skin and can be specially adapted based on the nature of the treatment. Our team specially regulate the depth of the peel, which ranges between 10 to 50 microns. The precision of our technology allows for perfect coverage with minimal discomfort throughout the procedure. This ensures that your procedure is completed within half an hour, with minimal downtime after the procedure is finished. It is common for some swelling and redness to occur, however, this will usually diminish a day or two following your procedure.

Who Is An Ideal Candidate For A MicroLaser Peel?

An ideal candidate is someone who is looking to tighten their skin, reduce wrinkles, acne scars and remove fine lines entirely. As the procedure is around 30 minutes long, it is also ideal for individuals who do not have time to undergo lengthy treatments. They can be treated within this period, with little to no downtime following their procedure. The procedure is completely flexible and can be arranged your timetable and lifestyle.

How Long Do Results Last?

The average treatment will last between six months to a year. In general, we advise booking 3 sessions with our team in order to get the best possible results. It is also possible to schedule additional procedures throughout the year so that your skin is consistently looking its best.

Fotona 2D

Fotona 2D makes use of SmoothLiftin and Piano, two non-surgical laser procedures that work to revitalize your skin.

How Does it Work?

Piano works to stimulate collagen production within your skin, which helps to tighten the face and make your skin appear younger. On the other hand, SmoothLiftin works to tighten the face from the inside out. This works to remove the impact of wrinkles as well as the area around the lips. Together, these treatments revitalise your face and make your skin appear tighter and healthier.

Who Is The Ideal Candidate For Fotona 2D?

The ideal candidate for Fotona 2d is someone who is looking for a more youthful appearance. There is no right age for this procedure and therefore is based entirely on personal preferences. The procedure can be applied to all skin pigmentations, unlike technologies that have been used in the past. To make sure that this is the right treatment for you, book a consultation session with our team and they can provide you with advice on how to proceed.

How Long Before You See Results?

On average, our patients will see some immediate results in their skin from a single appointment with full results appearing over the following weeks. Multiple appointments may be required in order to get the best possible results, which can take between 2 to 3 months. Due to the careful nature of the treatment, you will also be able to resume your normal skin routine 24 hours after the procedure has been completed.
